Grilled salmon with roasted peanut (Cá hồi nướng cuốn bánh tráng)

(4 portions)

Half a salmon fillet (about 1 ½ lbs)
½ tbsp butter (softened at room temperature)
Coarse sea salt
Freshly ground black pepper
½ cup roasted peanuts, crushed
